Guys, yesterday was one of the worst days of my life! Me and my friend Pete were playing Xbox 360 live, brand new copy of Madden and drinking a couple of beers. And like many systems his age (2 days old). He got the 3 red lights.
Now, I’ve fixed my own Xbox 360 with guides before, and was all about fixing his system right there. But Pete wouldn’t have it, he was convinced that I would break the system or something worse.
So Pete looked it up, and sure enough, he didn’t have a warranty for his system and wasn’t looking to fork over $150 to get it shipped and fixed at Microsoft HQ. And hey can you blame the guy? It takes like 2-3 months and there’s so many horror stories on whether or not you get your system back in one piece.

So I pushed. And Pushed… For him to just let me fix it.
He wouldn’t have it. He just kept being a baby and fought it. Well being the headstrong guy I am, I told him I was fixing it, and he stomped off! Now remember I’ve done this more than once, so it took me like 42.8 minutes to fix his system (give or take a few milliseconds). But me and Pete wouldn’t stop arguing.

I’ve done this hundreds of times for spare cash, you know I fixed our friend john’s xbox, so cool it. Let’s just turn it on and drink some more beer till we can’t feel feelings anymore.
Well Pete calmed down a bit, and agreed. He asked me how much I paid to learn all of this; I told him how I spent $29.95 for it.
